The live finals of Season 3 of the the European Masters will be headed to the Leicester Haymarket Theatre in the United Kingdom.

This marks the second time that the very same venue will play host to the European Masters. The Leicester Haymarket Theatre hosted the inaugural EU Masters just last year, with Origen winning it all.

The Season 3 live finals will run from April 27 to April 28, with Riot Games asking for help from ESL to organize the event.

For those that don’t know, the live finals of the EU Masters will feature 13 teams from various other regions. They’ll be fighting over bragging rights and a chance to take home a huge chunk of the €150,000 prize pool. The winning regions will also take home the unofficial title of the “strongest region for up and coming professional League of Legends players.”

The first set of the play-ins stage will be streamed starting on April 8 at 6pm CEST over at Riot games’ Twitch channel. The competition will kick things off with seven teams from the UK, France, Balkans, Spain, Nordics, Germany, and Poland. These teams will fight it out for a chance to move on and become one of the three who will be playing during the group stages.

Following the group stages, only the eight best teams will advance to the knockout stage. This will run from April 20 to April 21st. Afterwards, the four remaining teams from the knockout stage will advance to the live finals at the Leicester Haymarket Theatre in UK from April 27 to April 28.

As of this very moment, there are various regional leagues all over Europe who are playing games to help determine which teams will go on to compete at Season 3 of the EU Masters.

So far, only six League of Legends teams are confirmed for the European Masters. Expect the slots to be filled in the coming days.
