PUBG Europe League organzers, StarLadder, recently announced that they had signed a one-year deal with gaming chair manufacturer, DXRacer.

The partnership will serve as the first of such kind for the PUBG Europe League. As part of the partnership, both players and talent throughout the entirety of the PUBG Europe League will be using DXRacer’s chairs.

The PUBG Europe League is part of the six regions with a “pro league” structure for the 2019 PUBG Season, with Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Oceania following a different “pro circuit” structure.

The 2019 PUBG Season will be composed of three phases. The first one, the FACEIT Global Summit: PUBG Classic, ran from April 16 to April 21. This will be followed by the recently concluded PUBG Europe League is one of six regional leagues that make up the official PUBG esports initiative, alongside three additional regional circuits. The first of three phases that comprise the annual season has just wrapped up with the FACEIT Global Summit: PUBG Classic in London, UK on April 16th-21st.

HyperX was announced as a sponsor of the PUBG Classic just a week before it kicked off, providing mice, mouse pads, DRAM, and SSD products for the entirety of the tournament. It acted as the inaugural global event in the season and boasted a prize pool of $400,000 (£305,962).

DXRacer is also partnered with the likes of Fnatic, OpTic Gaming, Ninjas in Pyjamas, Natus Vincere, Alliance, and Tempo Storm. In January, the gaming chair brand was announced as a supplier for Riot Games’ premier European competition LEC, as well as a partner of Russian organisation Virtus.pro.
